This is a one time payment that works out at only £5 per week!

The 12 Week plan includes the following:

  • Personalised plan that is easy to understand tailored to yours goals. All exercises will come with instructional videos so you can perform everything correctly, ensuring that no injuries can occur.
  • Calorie and macronutrient advice based on how active you are throughout the day, I can track your progress live through the My FitnessPal app, a free to use app that I will instruct you to download.
  • Healthy Meal ideas recipes, full of taste and full of nutritional value. Because nobody like to eat boring food.
  • Access to the online training area of the site where you will find exclusive videos for members only. Here you can find introductory videos, information on the My PT Hub app, instructional videos for your exercises and more.
  • Weekly check-ins to ensure your progress is on track and to answer any queries you may have about the plan. I will either call you or email you, whichever is preferred.
  • Twice a month you have the opportunity to have 30 min slots of coaching video call session with myself, and get you to the next level!
