When will I first hear from you?
You will receive a welcome email and phone call from me when you first sign up to one of the plans (providing that you submit all relevant details).
Do you track my progress?
Our website is integrated with the My PT Hub website and App, from there I am able to see your progress in the gym and with My FitnessPal app see your progress in the kitchen and ensure your diet is on track.
Do I need access to a gym?
Our plans are tailored to you. We can provide home workouts as well as gym workouts, whatever is best suited to your situation and goals. Certain goals may require access to equipment but if a full gym isn’t possible for you I can still make your plan work.
Do I need to train every day?
It’s not necessary to train every day to achieve amazing results. My customised plan will work around how much time you have available. I will provide guidelines for optimum training frequency, but the plan will work to the schedule that your lifestyle allows.
How can I ensure my form is correct?
All the movements on your customised plan have instructional videos, so you can see exactly how it should be done. If you are unsure that you are performing a movement correctly then you can send me a video to critique.
How long does the free trial last for?
The free trial lasts for 5 days. After this time you will be sent an email offering an upgrade to a paid subscription, if you do not wish to subscribe then your account will be terminated and you will no longer have access to the online material.
Where can I find my free workout plans?
You can find your free downloadable workout plans on your profile page. These are introductory workouts, please purchase one of our plans for a tailored package.
Where can I find my past orders?
When can I start my plan?
You will receive your customised plan within 2-3 working days from completing your details through the My PT Hub portal. This time allows me to work on your plan and ask you any additional questions.
Where can I take the 1 to 1 personal training sessions?
I am able to give personal training sessions in the London area only, including home visits (providing it is easily commutable), at the Hilton Wembley or Camden Town Fitness First.
I forgot my account password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten the password for your account, please use the recover password section on the log in page to attempt to recover. If you are still unable to access your account then please use the contact section to send me a message and I will try to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
How many 1 to 1 personal training sessions will I get with the Premium Plan?
By signing up to the Premium Plan you will get a 1 to 1 session every 4 weeks over a space of 16 weeks as well as a first hand progress check-in – this means that there’s no room for cheating or excuses! 🙂
Can I still get the Premium Plan if I live outside of London?
If you live outside of London you can still get the Premium Plan but the 1 to 1 Personal Training sessions are not included. Feel free to contact me for more info.
Can i access all video content on the 5 Day Trial?
On the 5 day trial you can only access a limited number of videos, to get access to all videos and content you must upgrade to one of our 3 plans.
Can i pay in different Currency?
You can pay with any card through PayPal guest checkout! (You don’t need to be a registered PayPal user)
